The world bank - In 2014 they approved $500 million to fund development projects and provide long - term loans which helped reduce over dependence on oil
Problems with international aid?
Aid given to the government may not be used to help the country and therefore lead to corruption in the government
They may use the money for things that don’t help with the development of Nigeria such as to build the Navy of Nigeria
