  • In the 1994-1996, UST SALINGGAWI Dance Troupe established a “UAAP DYNASTY
  • It holds for the greatest title for the most number of champions in UAAP cheer dance competition

  • From 2002 to 2006, UST Salinggawi won 8 champions in the UAAP Cheerdance Competition
  • The UP-Pep Squad started their own run of three championships, fending off UST for two years and edging Adamson in 2001
  • The UP-Pep Squad reign from 1999-2001, to which the College of Developmental College won in 1999.
  • During the time in UAAP cheer dance, there were only four teams:
    • UST
    • UP
    • FEU
    • UE
  • For 7 Years, the UP and UST had rivalry lasting from 2002-2008
  • After 7 years of UP-UST revolution, FEU won the second title with their birth of Sarimanok
  • In Sarimanok, Sari means "cloth or garment" and manok meaning "chicken"
  • In 2009 to 2012, FEU Cheering Squad consistently making it to three along with their decorated and more famous counterparts in Diliman and Espana
