• he was given 21 scrolls
• he was the caretaker of the earth
• he was the first prophet
• the angels made him from black, red, yellow, brown soil
• he taught the revelations to his sons
• he was the first human ever
• he taught lots of knowledge, revelations and the teachings of god
• all angels bowed to Adam (except satan, iblis)
• allah blew life into his lungs
• he was a prophet until his death
• he had the ability to make free choices
• all knowing and all wise
• taught that life on earth was temporary
• built the first ka'aba (religious building)
• greatly honoured by allah
• father of human-kind
• he was banished from the garden of bliss, but then was guilty and replenished himself
• he named everything on earth
• he spent hi whole life replenishing his mistake
• everyone is descended from adam
