  • Hatha Yoga - the kind of yoga is best for individuals who are new to yoga. This typically includes basic yoga poses with deep breathing that focuses on your breath and meditation. The yoga that is meant for the mind and mental concentration. 
  • Ashtanga Yoga - structured form of yoga. It involves a continuous structure sequence of posture with the breath. It is a more physical style of yoga than hatha yoga. It is also refers to the “Eight limbs” 
  • Vinyasa Yoga - it is also called “flow”. Produces body heat & good circulation. This yoga is usually in a smooth flowing sequence.
  • The Sanskrit term meaning of Vinyasa is  “a connection of movement and breathing.”
  • Power Yoga - more of an exercise.
