    An example of visual media. The graphical symbols that represent ideas; examples are signs, logos, and symbols

    Refers to the study and creation of data using visual representation. Charts and graphs
  • Picture
    These are photography, painting, and drawing. It is used widely by people to express their ideas, opinions, and sentiments.
  • Graphic design
    Refers to the art of combining text and pictures to communicate information. Infographics, posters, graphic advertisements.
  • Video
    The combination of motion picture or of motion and audio
  • 3D image
    A three dimensional visual medium such as sculptures, architecture, real life object, or a person.
  • Visual literacy
    The ability to interpret visual image accurately and to create such messages
