• • environmental problems include more waste production as land needs to be cleared first and made safe before building can begin, this makes it more expensive overall and pushes the price of the finished buildings up
• • greenfield site is a site that has never been built on before and are often in the countryside surrounding a city
• • environmental issues include destroying wildlife habitats, increasing urban sprawl along with increasing pollution due to traffic
