Jigs - specially made to perform a specific part of the manufacturing process. Can be used when: cutting, drilling, sawing and gluing. (advantages and disadvantages)
Lamination (formers or moulds) - layering. Often used to create curved component
Mortise Gauge - two spurts instead of one (marking gauge)
Marking gauge - used to make a line parallel to an edge
