  It contains enzymes for aerobic respiration and produces ATP (Energy).

  Cell communication

  Transports and packages lipids.

  Transports proteins.

  Modifies proteins, stores and transports lipids, forming lysosomes.

  Packets of digestive enzymes that can be used to destroy unused or old organelles or even whole cells and to break down materials that have entered the cell. (digestion)
