    • Germany and Berlin would be divided into four zones of occupation with the USSR, Britain, France and the USA each controlling a zone.
    • A countries freed from Nazis would be guaranteed the right to hold free elections
    • Again Stalin agreed to join the war in Japan
    • The United Nations would be set up
  • In the Potsdam conference:
