• • Due to the ethnocentric culture they don’t find interest in school - based on majority cultures and mainly ignores the minority cultures
• • Disadvantage in terms of employment, pay and quality of their job. Meaning they don’t have motivation in school to get a job - they are discriminated against because they are a part of a minority group which means that they are less likely to get employment opportunities because they are discriminated against and can’t get the better paying jobs
