  • Unanimous decisions had to be made so decisions were rarely made.
  • The Security Council had 4 permanent members: Britain, France, Italy and Japan.
  • The Security Council also had rotation members.
  • Permanent members of the Security Council had a veto so could just veto stuff that goes against them.
