  • Two Ways to Build Deliverables:
    • Waterfall Way
    • Iterative Way
  • Waterfall Way (Non-Iterative Way)
    ·      Each phase begins once a previous phase is completed in its entirety. Each activity is undertaken in sequence until the deliverable is finished.
  • Iterative Way
    ·      Repeating. Create, test, and revise until the deliverable is satisfactory. Recursion of each deliverable is constructed until the deliverable requirements of the plan/customer (are met)Trial & error methodology.
