• First Amendment - personal freedoms
• Second Amendment - the right to bear arms
• Third Amendment - No quartering
• Fourth Amendment - No unreasonable search and seizure
• Fifth Amendment - rights of due process of law, emenent domain, double jeopardy , and against self-incrimination
• Sixth Amendment - the rights to a speedy trial, trial by jury, to know the charges against you, confront witnesses, compel witnesses, and an attorney
• Seventh Amendment - the right to a jury trial in civil cases more than $20
• Eighth Amendment - the right against excessive bail and cruel and unusal punishment
• Ninth Amendment - Protects rights that are not specifically addressed in the Constitution
• Tenth Amendment - Powers that aren't listed in the Constitution belong to the states
