• Positives of globalisation:

  • choice of goods - resources
  • forms global relationships
  • culturally aware
  • boosts economies - especially developing countries as they can use resources
  • migration/movement
• Negatives of globalisation:

  • inequality - not all countries are equal (fair trade)
  • pollution/health issues cross boundaries
  • poverty
  • impact original culture/identity (Westernisation)
  • global conflict
  • impact on employment - cheaper worker - replace the local employment as it is cheaper
  • impact on cost of items due to the global market e.g. fuel
