  • Career Identification - During this step, you will identify the career that you are most interested in, as well as few alternatives if the first choice does not work out well
  • Career Action Plan - This is the final step in career planning, wherein you will plan achievable goals, and design an action plan to help you develop strategies in reaching your goals
