ARC Program

• Minimum net worth of $1 million
• Does not have adequate assets for request
• Borrower or projected DSC ratio must be a minimum of 1.25
• The minimum loan amount is $10 million.
• The loan must be secured by RE collateral.
• Fixed term up to 20 years and amortization up to 30 years. Interest only period is acceptable within reason.
