RIDDOR 1995

• Record any accidents, occupational disease or dangerous occurrence that requires reporting under RIDDOR
• Record any other occupational accident causing injuries that result in a worker being away from work for more than three consecutive days
• Produce RIDDOR records when asked by health and safety executives or loyal authority inspectors
