In Standard Form, the equation of a linear line is ax+by+c=0
Slope/gradient is −a/b
Y-intercept is −c/b
X-intercept (bonus!) is −c/a
The Slope-Intercept Form equation is y=mx+c
The Point-Slope Form equation of the line is (y−y1)/(x−x1)=m .
x x and y don't get substituted, only the ones with the subscript. After that, you should move the xvariables and expand them with the gradient. From here, you can move to both Standard Form and the Slope-Intercept Form, depending on what's best.
