  • Hepatitis B vaccine (HBV) is administered in the intramuscular (IM) route for infants born to Hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) positive mothers, with a dose of 0.5ml of HBV and HBIG given 1-2 months after the birth dose.
  • Hemophilus Influenzae Type B Conjugate Vaccine (HIB) is administered in the intramuscular (IM) route in a 3 dose primary series and a booster dose, with a minimum interval of 4 weeks between doses.
  • Diphtheria and Tetanus Toxoid and Pertussis Vaccine (DTP) is administered in the intramuscular (IM) route in a 5-dose series, with a minimum age of 6 weeks and an interval of 4 weeks between doses.
  • Inactivated Poliovirus Vaccine (IPV) is administered in the intramuscular (IM) route in a 3 dose series, with the last dose not later than 32 weeks of age.
  • MMRV Vaccine may be given as an alternative to separately administered MMR and Varicella vaccines with a minimum interval between doses of 3 months.
  • Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) is recommended for individuals aged 9-14 years with a 2 dose series, and for individuals aged 15 years and older with a 3 dose series.
  • Two doses of Hepatitis A Vaccine (HAV) are recommended for individuals aged 9-17 years.
  • Two doses of Varicella Vaccine are recommended for individuals aged 9-17 years.
  • Japanese Encephalitis Vaccine (JE) is recommended for individuals aged 9-17 years with a primary dose followed by a booster dose of 12-24 months after.
  • For unimmunized individuals, a 3 dose tetanus-diptheria containing vaccine (Td) following a 0-1-6-month schedule is recommended.
  • Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoid (Td) or Tetanus and Diphtheria Toxoid and Acellular Pertussis Vaccine (TdaP) is recommended for individuals aged 7 years and older, with a single dose can be given and replace due to Td.
  • One dose of MMR Vaccine is recommended for individuals aged 9-17 years.
  • Tdap Vaccine is recommended for pregnant adolescents regardless of previous Td or Tdap vaccine.
  • Rotavirus Vaccine (RV) is administered orally in the form of a powder, with a 2 dose series for monovalent human rotavirus vaccine (RV1) and a 3 dose series for pentavalent human bovine rotavirus vaccine (RV5), with a minimum interval of 4 weeks between doses.
  • Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccines (PCV) are administered in the intramuscular (IM) route in a primary vaccine consisting of 3 doses with an interval of < 4weeks between doses plus a booster given 6 months after the 3rd dose, with a minimum age of 6 weeks and an interval of < 4 weeks between doses.
  • Influenza Vaccine (Trivalent/Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccine) is administered intramuscularly or subcutaneously, with a dose of 0.25 ml for children 6months to 35 months and a dose of 0.5ml for children 36 months to 18 years.
  • Measles Vaccine is administered subcutaneously, with a single dose.
