How it started

• In the 2rd worldwar, the USA had liberated South Korea and the Soviet union had liberated North Korea.
• The leader of North Korea, Kim IL Sung was in the control of Stalin
• In 1950, Stalin allowed him to invade South Korea and bring it under his rule
• Stalin allowed the invasion of South Korea because:

  1. the soviet union now had atomic weapons
  2. China was communist and could help
  3. The USA had pulled out most of its troops.
