    1. Human sexuality is based on lust. This can lead to unnatural sins such as adultery or rape. Rules keep sexual acts under control
    2. We need to control our urges, if we shouldn't we should marry. Celibacy is a higher calling

    1. For Aristotle celibacy refers to ones life choice. It can bring moral virtue and help an individual control their urges and exercise discipline
    2. Virtue of temperance and self control
    3. Deficiency of temperance is intemperance which could lead to promiscuous behaviour which is not virtuous. So having some control and discipline over sexual urges could be a positive approach
