• Anarcho-capitalism: Governance policy where there isn’t a central government and instead individuals pay insurance companies to serve as their police and courts
• Opportunity is in depth not breadth

• “Understanding how to elicit autopilot responses is seeing the matrix”
• Elite athletes intensively train a single skill for 4-6 weeks before moving on to the next skill
• Lagging Metrics: Outputs (ex: # of sales)

  Leading Metrics: Inputs (ex: # of calls)
• Winning: having nothing left to give at the end of the day (how much you input vs how much you could have)
