    • To ensure that it is fair hiring process ​
    • To know what skills, qualifications and attributes are needed to successfully do the role​

    • To ensure you are assessing the candidate on their suitability for the role​
    • It can help remove bias, prejudice and discrimination aka an unfair hiring process​
    • It shows the candidate what the company would like ​
    • It can show the candidate what the companies priorities are and what a typical day may look like

    Save peoples time going on a application. You don't feel overwhelmed with work when you get the job. Know what you are in for, Expectations, avoid complaints, reduce time wasting, avoid confusion, avoid disappointment, legislation, suitability, employers needy, fitting in, experience/skills/knowledge.
