    • Idolatry is the worship of a picture or object.
    • Prior to the revelation of The Qur’an, people described Muhammad as well-respected, honest and trustworthy.

    • Surah 5:48 shows the Quran as a source of authority as it states "Allah sent down to you the book of truth"
    • "We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ this Book with the truth, as a confirmation of previous Scriptures and a supreme authority on them. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed" Surah 5:48
    • The Qur’an is an infallible source.
    • The Night of Power is important because it is when the Quran was first sent down from Heaven to the world through revelations to Muhammad
    • The Night Journey is the journey made by Muhammad from the Great Mosque, Mecca to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem on a winged, horselike creater named Buraq and is when he ascended to Heaven.
    • Brotherhood is important because it is mentioned in Surah 9:71.
    • Polytheism is wrong is mentioned in the Qu'ran - "disbelievers do battle for the cause of idols. So fight the minions of the devil' (Surah IV, verse 76)
    • Hijrah is when Muhammad migrated from Mecca to Medina which allowed the Ummah to form and brings strength and brotherhood.
