  • Subjective well-being is one's thoughts and feelings of his total being. This pertains to the personal interpretation of his/her health, and how he/she views it from his/her perspective. This may be a positive self-concept or negative self-concept
  • Perceived Self-Efficacy - It is how one values his/her worth, performance, and how effective he/she is in his dealing with the task assigned to him/her.
  • Autonomy is the separation of oneself from others based on their identity. Separation from significant persons like parents, friends, or lovers.
  • Competence is related to self-esteem and self-identity. Competence is the perception of one's capacity to perform effectively a function given to them with an outstanding result following the given time allowance.
  • Intergenerational dependece is the relationship between individuals belonging to different generations which provide each other's need like financial assistance, nursing care, and emotional support.
  • Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, or nervous. • Your body's reaction to a challenge or demand. In short bursts, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline. But when stress lasts for a long time, it may harm your health.
