Wheeze

• Wheeze Questions:

  • When you question a patient about whether they have a wheeze they may not understand the term
  • Are you aware of any tightness in your chest when you are breathing?
  • Is it worse when you breathe in or out?
  • asthmatics wheeze more on expiration
  • Does anything help relieve the wheeze?
  • Does anything make your wheeze worse?
