  • Biceps brachii: Flexes forearm; supinates forearm

    Origin- Lateral border of distal humerus

  • Flexor carpi ulnaris Flexes hand; adducts hand at wrist
    Origin- Medial epicondyle of humerus & olecranon process of ulna
