consequences

• some refused to follow red cloud back to the reservations
• they were supposed to never leave the SMALLER reservation again but they had to follow the buffalo hunt restricting their culture and nomadic lifestyle
• plains were supposed to not attack the us government again yet conflict did happen again
• sitting bull and crazy horse did not sign the treaty resulted in the battle of little big horn 1876
• us gov closed the boseman trail other routes existed and a railroad was built in the black hills
• us gov leave black hills alone and stop unauthorised settlement but railroads were built and prospectors followed in gold rush in 1874
