    • Organization members who are working towards the same aim should all be under a single head.
  • Discipline
    • There should be respect among workers in the organization.

  • Equity
    • Everyone in the organization should be treated with equal respect regardless of their position. It should always be observed.
  • Order
    • An orderly system ensures that the organization stays organized.
    • It also promotes effectiveness, resourcefulness, and efficiency.
  • Subordination of individual interests to common interests
    • In a situation that calls for choosing between personal or organizational interest, the organization's interest takes precedence.
  • Initiative
    • Wherein subordinates can exercise creativity or take initiative without the need of a command or control from their superior.
  • Remuneration
    • Compensation or salary given to employees in exchange for work.
  • Stability of tenure
    • Tenure: time stayed at work or in a workplace
    • A good and orderly management in an organization ensures a stable tenure for its employees.
