    • Podcasts are platforms that streams audio content similar to a radio show that tells a particular story, issue, or trend.
    • Vodcasts are platforms that delivers or streams video content online. Various contents are from video blogs (vlogs), webinars, interview, event, or presentations.
    • User Experience can provide positive and negative feedback when using products or systems such as hardware, software, apps, and websites to determine the user's overall satisfaction.
    • We can measure user experience by considering some usability factors listed on the next slide.
    • Intuitive Design refers to how familiar you are with utilizing the platform.
    • Ease of Learning refers to how fast you can use the platform without having prior experience.
    • Efficiency refers to how quickly you can perform tasks given that you have used some of its features
    • Subjective Satisfaction refers to how satisfied you are in using the platform
