Complementary and Supplementary Angles

• Complementary angles: two positive angles whose measures have a sum of 90 degrees
• Supplementary angles: two positive angles whose measures a sum of 180 degrees.
• Adjacent angles: two angles that share a common vertex and side
• Linear Pair- two adjacent angles are a linear pair when their uncommon sides are opposite rays. The angles are supplementary angles
• Vertical angles: two angles are vertical angles when their sides from two pairs of opposite rays
