  • What is the legal definition of criminal behaviour?
    An act that breaks the criminal law.

    an act that society decides whether it is acceptable or not.

    a behaviour that differs from the normal. It ca be unusual, uncommon or out of the ordinary.

    formal sanctions are enforced by official organisations, like the police, while informal sanctions are not a written rule but is imposed by the general public.

    specific rules of expectations a society has about what is allowed and what is not.

    a shared set of standards about right and wrong behaviours.

    how you speak to the elderly, you should be respectable and not talking down on them.

    the police have a code of ethics that they have to follow all the time, this is so they can demonstrate the respectable behaviour of the police organisation.
