Chapter 21 - Getting started in Business

• sole trader - a business owned and run by one person - quick and easy to it up - unlimited liability
• partnership - a business between two and twenty partner
• partnership - a business between two and twenty partner
• business name - a trading name that differs from the names of the persons or the organisation who own the business
• deed in partnership - a legal agreement signed by all partners that set out the rules of the partnership on all matters
• Private Limited Company - number of variations - limited liability
• certificate of incorporation - when the CRO receives and processes all the relevant documents required to set up a company it issues a certificate of incorporation
