International Climate change agreement

• • The ICAA is an agreement between 196 countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions

• • It is the first time that 196 governments have agreed to limit carbon emissions.
  • Many of the world's biggest polluters have agreed to substantial reductions in emissions. China has agreed to a 60% reduction and the EU has pledged a 40% reduction.
• • The USA (second biggest polluter) withdrew from the agreement from the agreement. President Donald Trump said that the deal was unfair to the USA. costing $3 trillion in GDP
