  • Act No. 3815 otherwise known as the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines took effect on January 1, 1932.

  • Republic Act No. 8551 is otherwise known as the PNP Reform and Reorganization Act of 1998. It reorganized the PNP for the purpose of reforming and professionalizing it.
