s23 - right to repair / replacement : available if consumer doesnt reject goods, must be done in reasonable time and with no significant inconvenience to the consumer, trader must bear any necessary costs, cannot require trader to repair goods if it would be impossible or disproportionate vs other remedies
->fault must be present at time of original delivery, if not satisfactory consumer has right to price reduction / reject goods under s24 ->trader only has one attempt to repair goods before using s24 -> any refund is subject to reduction for use
