urinary system

• the urinary system is meant to eject waste from the body
• the substances used to get rid from the body are sweat, carbon dioxide, and urine
• the way the subatances are removed is by the sweat glands, the kidneys and lungs
• glucose, protein, blood cells, and fats are components of urine that may be a signal for health problem
• if the blood system cntains too many minerals it causes less water to be ejected from kydneys causing thirst
• execretion is the elimination of waste
• egestion is the process of solid waste being removed from the body through the anus
• excess water, urea, and excess heat are removed from the skin
• carbon idoxide is removed from the lungs
• excess water and urea are removed from the kidneys
• urethra carries urine from the bladder to the exterior of the body
• renal vein carries deoxygenated blood away from kidneys
• sphincher is the muscle that allows urine to flow out of the bladder
• bladder stores urine before it is removed from the body
