ELISA test

• ELISA stands for Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbant Assay
• If there is no enzyme-bound antibody, nothing happens.
• Enzymes are added that will react with substrate if they're bound by an antibody.
• The antigen is attached to the bottom of the well, then antibodies are added which bind to the antigens.
