  • Refuse - Means avoiding accumulating wastes
  • Reduce - Means minimizing waste
  • Reuse - Means using the same material for the same purpose
  • Repurpose - Means turning what would otherwise be waste material into something that could be used for a purpose other than it was originally intended.
  • Recycle - Means processing waste material so that it could be converted into a product which can be used again.
