    • To test or not to test?
    • Following the history the clinician should have a clear justification for applying a test
    • What MUST, SHOULD and COULD you assess?
    • Need to be able to just choice of assessment
    • Need to be able to forward reason what you might expect to find
    • Test should confirm primary hypothesis, clear other possible sources of symptoms (if correct)
