To test or not to test?
Following the history the clinician should have a clear justification for applying a test
What MUST, SHOULD and COULD you assess?
Need to be able to just choice of assessment
Need to be able to forward reason what you might expect to find
Test should confirm primary hypothesis, clear other possible sources of symptoms (if correct)
