• Biological Evolution - Traits can be transmitted to a person only from parents.
• Cultural Evolution - Traits can be transmitted to a person by many unrelated people.
• Biological Evolution - Transmission can only occur from one generation to next.
• Cultural Evolution - Transmission can be within or between generation and can be widely separated in time and space.
• Biological Evolution - People cannot choose which genetic traits they inherit.
• Cultural Evolution - People can choose to accept or reject some cultural traits.
• Biological Evolution - Data transmitted is encoded by genetic materials(DNA).
