Questions to ask when identifying a stakeholder:
Who will be affected by the new system?
Who will the new system affect?
Who will the end-users be?
What are their needs?
Types of internal Stakeholders: Employees, managers, owners
Types of external stakeholders: suppliers, society, government, customers, etc.
