Speed: Ability to move fast with strength for power and force

Reaction Time: Ability to respond quickly to stimuli
Phases of Exercise:
Warm-up: Prepares the body for exercise, gradually increases heart rate, flexibility, and protects against injury
Conditioning: Exercise that produces fitness benefits like calorie burning, endurance building, or muscle strengthening
Cool Down: Ends exercise session with recovery time, gradually decreases physical activity to return body to normal
