Newtons law

• Newtons first law states that a body will remain at rest or continue to move in a straight line with constant velocity unless acted on by a resultant force.
• Newtons second law states that when a resultant force acts on a body , the force is equal to the rate of change on momentum.
• newtons third law states that ever action has an equal and opposite reaction.
• An object is in equilibrium if the resultant force =0 , objects can have motion in equilibrium.
• 1/2 mv^2 is the formula for kinetic energy. It is the energy stored in an object when it is moving.
• The second formula for force is change in momentum over change in time.
