  • GHI: Global Hunger Index - A way to measure the extent of hunger in a country using calorie intake, food availability, and food prices.
  • DCI: Daily calorie intake shows how many calories per person that are consumed on average for each country.
  • LIDs tend to have a lower daily calorie intake.
  • ACs tend to have a higher daily calorie intake - however they also waste more food.
  • Food Availability is measured by comparing the amount of food produced with the population size.
