    • Embeddedness – the extent to which employees have links to their jobs and community, the importance of these links, and the ease with which these links could be broken and reestablished elsewhere
    • Select employees who have been referred by a current employees, who have friends or family working for the org, and who did not leave their previous job after only a short tenure
