Kingdoms of life

• What are the five kingdoms of life ?

  Animals and plants ,fungi, Protoctista,bacteria
• Animals:multicellular, Heterotrophs, Most reproduce sexually
• Plants: Multicellular, Autotrophs(get energy from the sun through photosynthesis)
• Fungi: Some are multicellular and unicellular.

  They are satrotrophs and some of them have a body of mycelium which are made from little threads called hyphae.
• Protoctista: Nearly all Protoctists are unicellular.

  Some are autotrophs like Euglena, Chorella.

  Amoeba: Consumes other organisms to get energy

  Diseases: Malaria
• Bacteria:

  'Some species can photosynthsise but none have chloroplasts and most feed off other organisms
• Bacteria diseases: Salmonella(food poising)
• Viruses:

  Don't count as cells and can only produce inside living cells

  "Parasites"

  'Depend on other organisms to grow and reproduce'
• Viruses: COVID, HIV,Influenza
