Food chain

• Food chain- A way to describe the feeding relationship between plants and animals.
• Habitat- A home in the environment for plants and animals
• consumer- a living things (usually an animals) that eats another or animal.
• producer - a plant that produce energy from sunlight
• All our food come from plants
• energy- when something has energy, it can make things move and cause things to change, all living things need energy to exist.
• Prey - An animals that is eaten by another animal (a predator)
• Predator - An animals that eats other animals.
• How do plants make food?

  Plants make food in their leaves from sunlight, water and carbon dioxide. The plants take energy from the sun and use it to change water and carbon dioxide into sugar and oxygen. It store the sugar. - the oxygen is waste product, so the plants send it back to the air. This process is called "photosynthesis"
