• Environment: The world around us; this can be made up natural or artificial surroundings
• Cow protection: The cow is a sacred animal so protected in India; killing cows is forbidden in the Vedas
• Animal experimentation: The use of animals for medical research and product testing
• Atman: The individual inner self, immortal soul; distinct from the material mind and body
