Seated meditation: Part of Zen Buddhism in Japan. Sitting, relaxing, mindful breathing. Become aware of present moment and keep returning to present moment as other thoughts come and go. Leads to a deeper understanding of the nature of existence.
Walking mediation: Walking slowly, combining the movement of the feet with the in and out of breath.
Nibbana
A state of complete enlightenment, happiness and peace.
